Brenda Harvel is a native of the Arkansas River Valley and has been an Active Licensed Realtor since August 2002. She joined Bradford & Udouj in March of 2009 & serves clients in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Brenda is a Diamond Level Multi-Million Dollar Producer, who has been an Award of Excellence recipient annually since 2003. Brenda listens to what her Buyers and Sellers are saying and works tirelessly for them. “I want them to be happy to be my client & friend for a lifetime.”

 Now widowed, Brenda was married for 39 years to her best friend, the late Terry Harvel. Terry had served for 25 years as a Fort Smith Fire Fighter and retired as Captain. Terry was also, a finish trim carpenter for some of the best builders in the Fort Smith area. Brenda has 2 daughters, both Realtors, Tara Harvel Limbird, a broker in Bentonville, AR and Lindsey Harvel, a realtor that also works with her mom at Bradford & Udouj.  “Last I have my miracle granddaughter, Ellie Brooke Limbird,”.

Lindsey Harvel is a native of the River Valley area where she graduated from Van Buren High School and the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership. Lindsey spent the majority of her life around real estate and construction. Her mom, Brenda Harvel, is a Realtor at Bradford & Udouj Realtors, her sister Tara Limbird, is a broker in Northwest Arkansas and Lindsey's late father, Terry, spent decades building and remodeling houses. The real estate bug is contagious and Lindsey is now ready to put her knowledge to use and help families in the River Valley with all their real estates needs.
